Home-made fried rice

There's a lot of variations of fried rice around the world, but the best is the one we prepare at home. It is always an advantage to experiment on the food you prepare because you can mix and match what you have on hand.
This one i am sharing, consists of all the ingredients that you can easily find in any home. The cooked rice, minced garlic, soy sauce, iodized salt, minced hot dog (you can also use either ground beef, pork, chicken, tuna in oil or shrimp), minced carrots, canned green peas and beaten egg.
Serving suggestions: you can serve this as it is or pair it either with sunny side up egg, bacon, sausages or hot dogs. This kind of food is best for breakfast-- so easy to prepare.

home-made pancakes

Like any other pan cake (hot cake as being called by the locals here in our place), I use the simplest recipe and basic steps in making my pan cake. For years we have (me and my mom) experimented on how to improve the texture and the taste of a typical pan cake to a special one. Until finally we were able to obtain the exact proportions of all the ingredients that should a pan cake contains to make it softer and fluffier like a real cake.

We only use ingredients available locally so we can sell them reasonably cheap and yet they tastes good.
