Home-made fried rice

There's a lot of variations of fried rice around the world, but the best is the one we prepare at home. It is always an advantage to experiment on the food you prepare because you can mix and match what you have on hand.
This one i am sharing, consists of all the ingredients that you can easily find in any home. The cooked rice, minced garlic, soy sauce, iodized salt, minced hot dog (you can also use either ground beef, pork, chicken, tuna in oil or shrimp), minced carrots, canned green peas and beaten egg.
Serving suggestions: you can serve this as it is or pair it either with sunny side up egg, bacon, sausages or hot dogs. This kind of food is best for breakfast-- so easy to prepare.

  3. Really fried rice for breakfast, and with a hot dog? Never would of thought of for breakfast, but who am I to judge. I am a big fan of fried rice and could possibly eat anytime of the day but have never really thought of fried rice for breakfast. Like the recipe, sounds really good.
